  This Cold Stone is the worst. The lady working kept trying to make us wait and help other people. She refused to make two of the items we ordered for our grandkids because the needed supplies were to hard. We have NEVER been to a place this bad. Go find somewhere else, just not this store.

  Not equipped to accept gift card stored on my phone! So I had to pay cash when I had $25 on a gift card! First time I've had cold stone creamery, not thrilled, for what we paid! $14 for two cones, and not anything great about they're ice cream!

  Manager is very rude and unethical. She didn't accepted the coupon but other Cold stone accepted.
